Software services

Built to a scope. Maintained like it matters.

We design, build and support web applications, mobile apps and internal tools for small and mid-sized businesses, in India and overseas.

01 — Capabilities

What we build and support.

The catalogue is deliberately practical. We would rather do a small set of things properly than list every service a website can claim.

01

Custom software development

Web applications, mobile apps, internal business tools and customer-facing platforms, from requirements to release.

02

Websites and applications

Create, enhance and maintain websites, portals, dashboards and application features on a stack that fits the job.

03

Maintenance and support

Bug fixing, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting and ongoing application support under an agreed scope.

04

Cloud and database support

Deployment planning, database administration, performance reviews, backup planning and operational support.

05

Product design and consulting

Requirements gathering, workflow analysis, product planning, UX improvements and technical documentation before you commit to a build.

06

Integration and automation

Connect suitable systems and automate repeatable business workflows, with clear failure handling and an audit trail where it matters.

02 — How an engagement runs

No mystery middle.

A predictable process, with decisions written down. You should always know what is being built, what it costs and what happens next.

01

Enquiry

You describe the problem, the constraints and what success looks like. We ask the awkward questions early.

02

Scope and proposal

A written proposal covering deliverables, milestones, timeline, price, assumptions and who owns what.

03

Build

Work proceeds in milestones, with demos and a shared record of decisions. Scope changes are discussed, not absorbed silently.

04

Review and handover

Testing, documentation, credentials, source code and the parts that are still fragile, handed over together.

05

Support

Optional maintenance under a retainer, or ad-hoc help under a new scope. No automatic lock-in.

03 — Boundaries

What we will not do.

Most trust is lost before the first invoice. These are the commitments we would rather state openly than discover halfway through a project.

01

Claim credentials we do not hold

No invented certifications, partnerships or security accreditations. If a project needs one, we say so before quoting.

02

Quote a fixed price too early

We need to understand the scope, the systems involved and the risks. A price before that is a sales tactic, not a plan.

03

Promise service levels we cannot staff

Response times are agreed only when we know who is available to meet them.

04

Take work outside our depth

If the honest answer is that another team is a better fit, we will say so early. That is cheaper for both of us.

04 — Questions

The ones worth asking.

If something is missing, ask it directly. A clear answer now is better than a surprise later.

How does a project start?

Send a short description of the problem. If it looks like a fit, we schedule a 30-minute call to discuss it, then send a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline, price and assumptions. The conversation helps both sides decide whether to proceed; the proposal is not a commitment.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. Delivery is remote-first, with written contracts, time-zone-aware communication and documented handover. Before starting, we confirm the contract, tax, payment and data requirements that apply in the client's jurisdiction.

Who owns the code and the designs?

Ownership is agreed in the contract before work begins. Typically the client owns project-specific deliverables on full payment, while third-party components remain under their own licences. We do not reuse a client's private code elsewhere.

Can you take over an existing project?

Often, yes. We begin with a short review of the codebase, infrastructure and known risks. If the honest answer is that a rewrite is cheaper than a rescue, we will say so before you spend on either.

How do you handle data and access?

Least-privilege access, confidentiality terms and a named owner for credentials. We prefer to work in your repository and cloud account rather than copying data. Access is removed at handover.

Tell us what needs to work.

A short, specific message is enough. We will tell you whether we can help, what it would take and what it would cost.
